Start a Circle
Circles are the heart of BU — local communities of birth workers who meet regularly, make decisions together, and support each other. Starting a circle is a commitment to building something meaningful.
What You'll Need
- 👥5 founding members minimum
Including yourself, you need at least 5 committed birth workers to start.
- 📅Commitment to meet regularly
Circles meet at least monthly. You'll coordinate the first few meetings.
- 🤝Willingness to steward
As founder, you'll serve as initial steward until the circle elects someone.
